What you need, and what you don't.

An iPhone with the Shortcuts app that came with it. The two recipe shortcuts run on Apple Intelligence, so they need an iPhone 15 Pro or newer. Everything else works on any iPhone that runs Shortcuts. The calendar section works with Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, and the people receiving the texts can be on Android.

You do not need a Claude, ChatGPT, or any other AI account. No new apps, no subscription, nothing that renews. Everything arrives in one email, as PDFs and editable files, with the install links inside. Every shortcut installs from a link in one tap, with placeholders where your own names and lists go, and a page on what each piece does so you can change it. The shortcuts are iPhone only. There is no Android version, and we would rather say that here than after you have paid.
